Our Ashwagandha drops contain a clear, pure Ashwagandha solution per recommended serving of approximately 30-40 drops. Filled in a 60 ml glass bottle with pipette, the application is simple and precise. The drops offer an uncomplicated alternative to powder or capsules, as they can be dosed without additional aids.
One advantage of the liquid form is its versatility: you can put the drops directly under your tongue or stir them into water, tea or juice. This allows you to integrate them into your own routine - whether in the morning as part of your breakfast ritual or in the evening in a warm cup of tea. The drops have a mild taste and can be easily combined with other drinks.
Historically, ashwagandha has been used in India and large parts of Asia for over 3,000 years. In Ayurvedic philosophy, the plant is known as "Rasayana", which can be translated as "elixir of life". Even in modern times, liquid extracts are becoming increasingly popular as they are easy to consume and allow the amount to be customized. Especially for people who don't like swallowing capsules or don't like the natural, earthy taste of powder, drops are an ideal solution.

We recommend taking 2 ml Ashwagandha drops (approx. 30-40 drops) daily. These can be dripped directly under the tongue or stirred into a drink. It can be taken both in the morning and in the evening and can be adjusted according to preference. Please do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
